Spot Welding
We have seven spot welders ranging from 75KVa to 150KVa three phase. We are able to run most material types — steel, aluminum, stainless, and plated material, including a team with training in plated, aluminum, and stainless spot welding. Our machines are set up for assembly runs and can handle complex multi-stage components.
Production Welding
We currently have eight TIG welding machines and eight MIG welding machines. We have extensive experience in TIG Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, High Volume, High Amperage and Cosmetic. Our MIG ranges from low voltage to 450amp pulse welding. We have production MIG experience in Steel, Stainless, Tube, Thin Gauge, Aluminum and Thicker Hardened plate.
Fabrication
We have been the welding aspect for a number of notable large projects, including the Welded tube trees in the MSP Airport Food Court C, the aluminum trussing in the PinkU restaurant in MSP airport, city-certified rebuild of an auto repair shop’s basement, plasma tables, and helicopter ammo transfer racks for the US Army. Our eye for detail has given us a name for quality work and has driven the expansion in this area of our shop. We can drill, cut, help design, and weld any project big or small.
Finishing
We have six belt sanders, a full size stroke sander, and more than a dozen hand grinders in our finishing area. We do many parts for medical that need clean final finish. We also have capabilities of straight lining material for brush finish requirements. Our finishing area is full of experienced grinders, with over 40 years combined between them.
